Find out how to use your own 4×4!
People often ask us whether they can bring their own 4×4 to our course to find out what it is capable of – well now you can!
Whenever possible we undertake all of our professional 4×4 training in the driver’s own vehicle. Both company and recreational drivers are often told by providers that they are unable to take training in their own vehicle.
With the LANTRA 4×4 courses we can train you to use your off roader or our Land Rover over one of the finest off road courses in the UK. We will show you how to avoid damaging your vehicle, while giving you and idea just how much these vehicles are capable of.
To do the 4×4 User’s course you will need to bring yourself (and up to 2 other candidates) and your vehicle. Your vehicle must be road legal (MOT, Tax, Insurance) and you must bring the vehicle handbook with you.
Duration: 1 Day Recreational User/ 2 Day Professional User
Course Price: from £650 (includes refreshments, lunch, certification for 1 user included. For extra certifications – up to 2 additional drivers per course, please add £45/candidate). Prices exclude VAT.
Venue: Near Kendal, Cumbria. 10 minutes off the M6. If you require a course in another part of the UK, please contact us – we often train in different areas, including Devon and Ayrshire.
